Named after the legendary mountain pass that climbs out of Sapa, the O Quy Ho Adventure takes you high into the mountains north of town for two days of big views, waterfalls and remote roads. It is the ride for people who want to feel the altitude and leave the busy valley behind.
Day one climbs steadily through forest and cloud to the pass, with long sweeping corners and viewpoints that stretch across the valley. You overnight in a local village, then spend day two exploring the quieter roads and waterfalls that most visitors never see.
What to expect
Longer riding days, cooler temperatures at altitude, and a proper sense of adventure. The roads are well-surfaced but steep in places.
